BI Product Owner - EdTech - £60,000 - Remote First

An established and growing UK-based EdTech business is seeking a Product Owner – Business Intelligence to lead the integration of new BI reporting solutions across the business. This pivotal role will enhance data-driven decision-making and drive automation strategies to improve efficiency and eliminate manual processes.

This role will work across all areas of the organisation, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business intelligence, automation, and the customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the UK BI and Automation team, ensuring SLA targets are met.
  • Oversee relationships with service providers and vendors for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for BI-related queries, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all BI solutions.
  • Contribute to product vision and strategy, managing assigned projects within budget and timelines.
Your Profile
  • Experience as a Product Owner or in a business intelligence/data management role.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, analysing business needs, and developing reports and visualisations.
  • Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX) and SQL.
