We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the design system product across Entain's Sports Product.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Sports Design System, you will lead 2 functional teams responsible for the integration of a scalable, high-quality design system into the Sports Frontend framework, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the system, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities

• Primary lead for the transformation to Design system in Sports, accountable for the outcomes ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
• Leads, develops, and coaches engineering and design colleagues, guiding them in the creation, adoption, evolution, and scaling of the Design System roadmap and vision.
• Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness across the team, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
• Coaches and role-models the use of agile methodologies.
• Drives the Design System strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and OKRs.
• Collaborates closely with Commercial leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our key business goals.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market, across multiple squads and teams.
• Strategy & Roadmap Ownership - experience prioritizing work based on impact, value and business goals.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies.
• OKR definition & tracking - the ability to establish OKRs aligned with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Experience working on digital consumer apps with a strong focus on frontend projects.
• Awareness of the betting and gaming competitive landscape preferred.
• Experience working with a design system.
• Stakeholder management: Able to influence, challenge and develop stakeholder relationships.
• Collaboration: Communicates effectively with a positive impact.
• Builds capability: Invests in developing teams.
• Drives performance: Continually raises the bar for oneself (and others).
