The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organised, self-sufficient, and proactive Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager in delivering a high-impact transformation project within the Talent Acquisition function. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of project tasks, including content creation, research, data management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  2. Content Creation: Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
  3. Research: Conduct research on various topics as required by the project, summarising findings in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Data Management: Manage, update, and analyse spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
  5. Project Tracking: Update and maintain project trackers, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  6. Process Improvement: Support the Project Manager in identifying areas for process improvement.
  7. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Adaptability: Operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
  9. Task Management: Handle various administrative tasks independently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  5. Research Abilities: Capable of conducting thorough research.
  6. Self-Motivation: A self-starter who can take initiative.
  7. Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a changing environment.
  8. Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or project support role is ideal.
