Financial Planner – Birmingham | Remote with Client Travel | Up to £75K + Bonus & Benefits

We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Financial Planner to join a growing wealth management business with a strong presence in the Midlands. You’ll be providing expert financial planning advice, nurturing long-term client relationships, and helping individuals achieve their financial goals.

Your Role

• Deliver tailored financial planning advice to clients
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Work closely with Paraplanners and support staff to ensure smooth execution of client strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and potential referrals
• Engage with professional introducers and grow your client network
• Stay up to date with legislation, industry changes, and best practices through CPD

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum 3 years of financial planning experience in a client-facing role
2. CAS status and the ability to provide regulated financial advice
3. Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent FCA-recognised qualification
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
5. A client-first mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
6. Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
