Clinical Lead - Case Management
£55,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Remote with occasional travel

Full-Time, Permanent (Monday - Friday)

Compass Associates are proud to partner with one of the UK's leading rehabilitation and injury case management companies in search for a Clinical Lead to join their experienced multi-trauma team.

This role involves providing expert guidance, mentoring, and support to a team of Rehabilitation Case Managers, both in person and remotely. Your leadership will ensure high-quality care and effective case management, making a real difference in the lives of those recovering from serious injuries.

Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset to work seamlessly across multiple partner organisations. You should be confident in managing your workload efficiently, prioritising tasks, and taking initiative in handling cases.

Requirements

  1. HCPC, NMC or equivalent professional registration
  2. A minimum of 3 years Rehabilitation Case Management experience
  3. Experienced in the supervision, mentoring and coaching of staff
