Java Development Manager with recent hands-on java development, microservices architecture and team leadership experience is sought on a hybrid basis by a market leading professional services organisation with a technical hub based near Birmingham.

Working at the forefront of AI driven financial technology this Java Development Manager will lead a team tasked with creating bespoke, modular applications working within a cloud hosted microservices architecture to deliver robust, highly scalable solutions used by millions daily.

This Java Development Manager should have most of the following key skills:

• 4 years plus of recent Java experience
• Extensive team leadership capabilities (ideally with experience leading teams of 5 or more people)
• Awareness of cloud technologies
