As a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias), you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance operations across general building upkeep.

Your responsibilities will include maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and fabric elements as part of a small, multi-disciplinary team on-site.
You will be expected to handle both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks issued via the helpdesk CAFM system, ensuring these are completed within the specified time frames, exceeding customer expectations.
Your daily duties will be coordinated and guided by the Engineering Manager, ensuring the seamless delivery of building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of a 'Best in Class' approach to Engineering and Fabric services, including those provided through supplier organisations.
- Ensure that all engineering services are properly maintained and are providing the environmental conditions and exceeding the business needs required by the Client.
- Carry out M&E and Fabric repairs and alterations, as instructed, ensuring safety at all times.
- Complete minor scheduled maintenance activities on all plant, fabric and equipment and to support the Technical Services Shift Leader in the preparation, delivery and close out of planned maintenance tasks on the Concept CAFM System.
- Support the Technical Services Shift Leader in the management of the asset database and the lifecycle reporting of asset performance.
- Seek continuous improvement and innovation within the M&E and Fabric service and support the Technical Service Shift Leader in implementing new initiatives.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all building users and the ISS engineering team and suppliers/contractors.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications- NVQ level 2 in building Fabrics and system maintenance.
- Significant experience in providing mechanical building services maintenance to include fault finding, maintenance, installation, and inspection/testing.
- Significant previous experience in providing reactive and PPM building services maintenance.
- Experience of working within FM or building services within commercial properties.
- Experience of working under strict Health & Safety procedures including risk assessments and method statements.
- Evidence Training and competence in managing High Risk Works (Mechanical).
