HR Professional (Hybrid)

Adecco is seeking an experienced HR Professional on behalf of our public sector client for a temporary position lasting around 6 months. This hybrid role requires a 37-hour work week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should be available for occasional travel to meetings in West Cumbria, Carlisle, or Penrith.

Candidates with experience as an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities will vary based on the specific level of the role.

Responsibilities

1. HR Advisor, £18.19 per hour: To provide consistent, specialist human resource advice and guidance to the People Management Service.
2. Senior HR Advisor, £21.83 per hour: Supporting People Management colleagues and line managers in the management and resolution of complex employee relations related casework and absence management. Working effectively with colleagues to deliver a strategic customer-focused service.
3. HR Business Partner, £22.87 per hour: Reporting to and supporting a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will contribute to, facilitate, and support the creation of the workforce that the client needs for the future. You will lead complex, higher risk, and larger scale organisational change.
