Main responsibilities:
Traveling to work or clients' locations.
Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment.
Carry out Non-Destructive Tests on welds, structures and materials using non-destructive techniques in accordance with relevant standards and procedures.
Interpret and evaluate test results in line with given acceptance standards.
Produce clear and concise test reports.
Always display a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Maintaining NDT equipment.
Assist the NDT Lead with basic administrative duties when required.
Requirements:
Full driving license
Previous NDT experience (+3 years minimum)
PCN (Level II) Qualifications in the following - MPI, DPI
PCN LII VT is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
High attention to detail
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Willing to travel and work away from home when required
Competent in the full suite of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Good interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to gain other NDT qualifications if required by the company
