As a Senior Financial Controller, you will play a key role within the finance team supporting London, Dublin, Jersey, and Guernsey operations. You will be responsible for enhancing financial control processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership, financial oversight, and team management in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial control policies, procedures, and frameworks to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
- Monitor financial transactions, accounts, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to address inquiries and findings.
- Manage a team of financial professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development planning for team members.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
