Mobile Electrical Engineer – Facilities Management – East and West Midlands

Due to recent growth, my client is currently seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover the maintenance operations across a portfolio of high-end apartments across the East and West Midlands.

This role would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and has a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required; a conscientious and reliable engineer, competent working alone and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mobile Electrical Engineer Job Specification:

To perform Daily, weekly and monthly PPM's
Responsible for reactive maintenance and remedial works
Responding to breakdowns and emergency call outs
Collaborating with a multi-trade team
Lighting, servicing, fault finding, testing and inspections etc.

Mobile Electrical Engineer Salary & Package:

£40,000.00 - £42,000.00 Per Annum
Monday-Friday / 08:00-17:00

23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

The Person:

Level 2 and/ or 3 in Electrical Installations (or Equivalent)
IET 18th Edition (Wiring Regulations)
2391 Inspection and Testing (or Equivalent)
Basic electrical maintenance knowledge and experience.
Flexibility to support the building service team.
Good customer care skills.
Demonstrable knowledge of statutory requirements.
