Estate Agent Sales Manager - Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business
• Analyze market and customer needs and sell to those needs
• Analyze marketing, set and implement plans together with the Branch Manager to hit office valuation targets
• Carry out valuations
• Assist Directors with staff development to maximize business opportunities
• Deal with day-to-day general inquiries face to face / telephone and administration
• Maximize business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla inquiries
• Ensure compliance with the Property Ombudsman code of practice
• Ensure compliance with Estate Agency legislation
• Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments, and other third-party suppliers
• Provide vendors / buyers updates

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Experience Needed:

• Proven background in estate agency
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience in managing a sales team
• Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
• Previous experience with estate agency software
• Full UK driving license is essential
