Our client, a leading International firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Financial Services Regulatory team in London, focusing on our FinTech, payments & digital assets practice to lead on high-profile regulatory projects and manage junior team members. Duties will include:

1. Lead projects for clients, focusing on regulatory aspects for FinTech, payments, e-money, and digital assets.
2. Manage junior resources, providing guidance and support in complex regulatory matters.
3. Oversee applications to the FCA, advising clients on the regulatory requirements for their operations in the UK.
4. Conduct cross-border surveys and advise on accompanying rules and regulations, particularly regarding perimeter issues and cross-border service provision.
5. Draft legal documents, including regulatory advice, authorisation applications, and compliance frameworks.
6. Engage with financial market infrastructure matters, providing advice where necessary.
7. Maintain client-facing responsibilities, acting as a key point of contact for clients.

You should have 5 years PQE (or more) with experience in Fintech, payments, e-money and digital asset regulation, or else with experience in investment services & financial market infrastructure.
