Unqualified Food Tech Teacher / DT Teacher - Salaried Teacher Training

An Ofsted 'Outstanding' school in Harrow is searching for an Unqualified Food Tech Teacher / DT Teacher to join them on a full-time basis for the full academic year.

This Unqualified Food Tech Teacher / DT Teacher position will involve the following:

• Covering Food Tech lessons from Year 7 to Year 13
• Reduced timetable, allowing you the chance to learn the ropes
• Great training and support for classroom management skills
• Minimal planning requirement, with a bank of preplanned lessons available

This position is perfectly suited for a bright graduate with interests and aspirations of becoming a qualified teacher. Although not a requirement, the school is readily available to offer salaried teacher training the following academic year, providing you with the opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status!

Job Description - Unqualified Food Tech Teacher / DT Teacher

• Teaching KS3 - KS5 Food Tech lessons
• Full-time position for the full academic year
• Opportunity for salaried teacher training in the 25/26 academic year
• £120 - £150 per day, dependent on experience
• ASAP Start

Candidate Specification - Unqualified Food Tech Teacher / DT Teacher

• Bright graduate with a background or degree in Food/Nutrition/Catering
• Confident speaker with excellent written and spoken English
• Able to commit to the full academic year
• Personable, charismatic, and confident
