Our client, a highly regarded corporate finance boutique, is seeking a Corporate Finance Partner to spearhead their TMT sector coverage. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established yet fast-growing advisory firm at a senior leadership level, working with an enviable client base of high-growth tech firms, media companies, and telecom innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory transactions within the TMT sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with tech founders, investors, and industry leaders.
• Develop and execute innovative deal strategies, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
• Play a pivotal role in business development, expanding the firm’s footprint in the TMT space.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of corporate finance professionals.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory with a strong TMT focus.
• Extensive deal origination and execution experience within the technology, media, or telecoms sectors.
• Strong network of industry contacts, including PE/VC firms, C-suite executives, and entrepreneurs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
• Exceptional leadership and business development skills.
