Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Highways Project Manager to lead a major long-term infrastructure project on the M27. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile highways scheme, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the M27 project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
2. Manage project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
4. Lead a multi-disciplinary team, including engineers, sub-contractors, and site staff.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience managing highway or major infrastructure projects.
2. Strong understanding of civil engineering, highways, and structures.
3. Proven track record of budget, programme, and risk management.
4. Knowledge of CDM regulations, NEC contracts, and health & safety legislation.
5. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
6. CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant industry certifications.
