The Role: Senior International Executive Search Consultant

To support our continued expansion, we are seeking experienced Executive Search professionals to join our team. This is a senior-level role with a strong business development focus and a clear pathway to leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the Medical Aesthetics sector.
2. Drive business development, identifying new client opportunities and expanding ValuraNova’s presence.
3. Act as a strategic partner, conducting detailed role briefings and advising clients on talent strategies.
4. Lead and execute complex international executive search mandates across senior leadership and commercial roles.
5. Mentor and coach junior consultants, preparing for a future Team Leader role.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing thought leadership and market insights to our clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. We invite applications from experienced recruiters or Executive Search professionals with a passion for the Medical Aesthetics sector and the ability to operate at an international level.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or executive search, ideally within Medical Aesthetics or Life Sciences.
3. Strong business development skills—proven ability to win and manage executive-level search mandates.
4. A strategic, consultative approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
5. Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in growing into a Team Leader role.
6. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
