Exceed, an award winning PPC agency, specialises in providing paid search, paid social, shopping, display advertising, and product feed management services to a diverse range of businesses. As the agency continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Paid Social Manager to propel the growth of our paid social services across our client portfolio.

As a Paid Social Manager, you will assume a hands-on role from the outset, taking ownership of paid social accounts, driving account optimisations, and crafting cutting edge strategies.

ESSENTIAL

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with paid social campaigns
  • At least 2 years working in an agency environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Capable of building and implementing paid social strategies tailored to each client
  • Proven track record of delivering results for both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
  • Ability to manage around 10 clients, ensuring effective budget allocation, performance optimisation, and strategic growth
  • Work closely with PPC Managers to ensure strong performance across Paid Search, Shopping, and Paid Social campaigns, aligning strategies to maximise overall client results
  • Able to analyse product data and build custom product sets to generate the best results
  • Strong ability to analyse data and trends whilst reporting on key KPI’s on a regular basis
  • Ability to create professional presentations to showcase campaign results, key learnings, and next steps
  • Confident in advising clients on pixel implementation
  • Familiar with using Google Analytics 4 to enhance insights into paid social campaigns
  • Monitoring social trends on an ongoing basis and applying relevant learnings to paid social campaigns
  • Previous experience in client communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Proficient using MS Excel & other MS applications
  • Knowledge of different attribution methods and their impact on paid social results and client profitability

DESIRABLE

  • Ability to analyse client-provided content and effectively cut/edit videos, add voiceovers, and optimise assets for use in paid social ads across various platforms
  • Prior experience working on other paid social platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Snapchat & Pinterest
  • Experience in managing YouTube and programmatic campaigns
  • Understanding of other digital marketing fields such as SEO, email marketing and web development
