This is the chance to join a multi-award-winning Marketing Communications business. The company is on the crest of enormous growth, and to maintain and build on their success, they are looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join the team. The client is Manchester-based, so you will need to commute to Manchester 2/3 times per week.
As an Account Executive, your core responsibility will be to provide support to the Account Management team. You will be integral in ensuring the client services team provides first-class service. You will manage the team’s inbox and respond to clients’ needs as required. The Account Executive will monitor print campaigns and ensure the Account Management team is kept up to date with the progress of all projects. You will also help ensure print projects are produced within contractual SLA, and it will be part of your responsibility to ensure contractual and commercial terms are met. You will keep a close eye on account administration, help process orders, and assist with invoicing. Reporting is integral to any client relationship, and you will ensure reports are accurate. As in any client services role, you will provide excellent customer service to both clients and suppliers.
