The Opportunity:
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, coordination, and continuous improvement are key? Explore Manufacturing is looking for a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) to lead safe and effective implementation of all temporary works across our operations.

What will the role look like?
As a TWC, you'll be the pivotal figure in ensuring safety and compliance of temporary works processes, with the authority to pause operations if procedures aren't being followed. You'll support and engage with site teams, manage inspections, maintain temporary works registers, and lead on assurance activities. Your proactive approach will influence everything from crane operations and equipment inspections to incident investigations and team training.

What skills & experience are we looking for?
We're after someone who:

• Has proven leadership experience in coordinating Temporary Works
• Understands Temporary Works procedures (especially iGMS), risk assessments, and permits
• Holds IOSH Managing Safely Level 3 and TWC training
• Communicates confidently and leads by example
• Is competent in MS Office and ideally CAD
