We are working with an award winning accountancy firm based in Stoke-On-Trent who are recruiting for a Qualified Senior Accountant to join their Senior Management team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Manager or accounts Manager looking for a people leadership role who still enjoys being hands on with a dedicated client portfolio.

Senior Accounts Manager Job Overview

• Be the first port of call for a portfolio of diverse clients - predominantly OMB's
• Client development with visits to their offices and networking events to onboard new clients
• Oversee a small team of talented accounts juniors with your coaching and development skills and review their work to provide any adjustments
• Ensure all deadlines are met within the team and clients expectations are exceeded

Senior Accounts Manager Job Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent experience in a UK accounting firm
• Have prior experience within a people and client management role
• 5 years + experience in practice
• Strong experience with OMB's
• Be tech confident with cloud based packages
• Be a great leader - this is a people management role
• Although this is a hybrid role, you will need to be within a reasonable commute of the Stoke office

Senior Accounts Manager Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience
