UK HR Manager – Oil & Gas Firm in London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to take on a key role as UK HR Manager. This role will act as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters in the UK, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
  2. Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global consistency.
  3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including direct sourcing and agency coordination.
  4. Handle UK and US payroll administration, working closely with external payroll vendors.
  5. Ensure legal compliance and act as the lead contact for government-related HR matters.
  6. Support training and development initiatives, including tracking training budgets and liaising with vendors.
  7. Oversee employee life-cycle processes such as on-boarding, contract renewals, and promotions.
  8. Provide HR administrative support and assist in global HR projects.

Key Requirements:

  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Generalist role.
