This is an exciting and progressive role for a prestigious brand with exceptional culture.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office-based.

Job Description

The HR Manager will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR for this well-established and highly successful division of a prestigious brand.

You will act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders at this flagship manufacturing plant and take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, generalist and commercial HR service.

This will include but is not limited to:

• Implement and continually review HR policies, initiatives, and projects to support group objectives
• Work with leadership to deliver on talent attraction, development, and succession planning
• Lead on early careers activities
• Promote a culture of consistency, equality, and fairness in the handling of employee relations matters, challenging stakeholders where appropriate
• Coach and support line managers regarding people matters
• Main point of contact for union representatives on-site
• Provide relevant HR data, KPIs, and reports
• Coordinate annual performance reviews

The Successful Applicant

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar generalist HR Manager role, ideally within a similar sector.
