Job Description

  1. Manage a variety of tax advisory projects, including corporate reorganisations, acquisitions, and disposals.
  2. Oversee tax diagnostic reviews to identify tax risks or opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
  4. Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to winning new clients.
  5. Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence.
  6. Provide key contribution to the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring a practical/business-driven approach is taken.
  7. Report directly to the Tax Partner and Director on a day-to-day basis.
  8. Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and budget for engagements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Corporate Tax Mergers & Acquisitions Manager' should have:

  1. A solid background in corporate tax.
  2. Experience in dealing with Mergers & Acquisitions.
  3. Experience in tax advisory work and managing a large client portfolio.
  4. Proven experience in client handling and project management.
  5. Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, or law.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
