Head Chef

Are you an experienced Head Chef who loves the buzz of running a kitchen in a very busy large venue and has previous experience in catering for large numbers?

Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated Head Chef to head up the kitchen in their stunning Bracknell-based venue.

You will take control of all the Food & Beverage outlets across this large venue. The venue focuses on banqueting for large gatherings including weddings, conferences, and anniversary celebrations. This will mean at times you will be catering for up to 500 guests! This role is suited to an experienced Head Chef who can instil excitement and creativity in the whole team. You will have a passion for food and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will possess strong leadership and training skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 plus tips!

• Catering for large groups

• Managing all F&B outlets within the venue

• Owning and delivering training across the team
