Graduate Sales Estimator

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £24,000 plus company benefits

A worldwide global manufacturer is looking for a Graduate Sales Estimator for their growing team. They have plans to double their turnover over the next 4 years with recent investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training, etc., in order for the team and business to further develop.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records.
  • Update and manage client data using our CRM system.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including document control, literature management, exhibition planning, and sales record updates.
  • Process sales-related documentation and estimate export sales enquiries.
  • Respond to client queries regarding enquiries and orders.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth information flow.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree qualified in a Business Management / Sales related degree would be beneficial.
  • Background in technical sales or a similar role would be desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Experience in a technical environment with engineered products would be a benefit.
