Assistant Site Manager

Albion Search are currently partnering with a regional house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for an ongoing scheme in Sheffield. This is a mix of private market sale and housing association plots, with 2 - 4 bedroom houses.

The successful candidate must have experience with volume house builders in an Assistant Site Manager position, and be motivated to progress through to a Site Manager in the coming years.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with daily tasks
• Health & Safety (H&S)
• Home demonstrations
• Oversight of trades & sub-contractors
• Management of the snagging process
• Conducting inductions
• Assisting with the build programme

Remuneration

• Basic salary up to £43,000
• Car Allowance / Company Car
• Private Pension
• Generous bonuses (Depending on performance)

You must have a valid and in-date SMSTS and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience in the volume house building market.
