I am looking for a Production Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process of workwear and apparel. This role is responsible for ensuring that garments are produced efficiently, at the right cost, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with ethical, sustainable, and environmental objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production planning, procurement, supplier management, and critical path coordination to ensure on-time delivery and optimal margins.

Production & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee the planning, procurement, and scheduling of work to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Develop and manage the Production Critical Path, tracking all key milestones.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials, fabrics, and finished goods.
• Coordinate fabric testing, approvals, and shipments.
• Ensure all production processes align with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Place production orders on time and monitor order progress to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain and update Factory Schedules, WIP, and Order Management Systems.
• Monitor and communicate any changes to delivery dates to internal teams.
• Verify that all delivered goods match purchase orders before invoice approvals.
• Source and onboard new factories and manufacturers, ensuring compliance and suitability.

Product Development Support

• Collaborate with Product Developers to ensure accurate costing for bulk production.
• Follow up on pre-production and pre-shipment samples, ensuring timely approvals.
• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) and update supplier ratings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through workshops and professional training.
