THE ROLE

With their portfolio ever-growing they are now looking for an Events Production Assistant to join the team, being responsible for the following:

1. Support the senior leadership team
2. Production pre-planning
3. Scheduling crew
4. Booking freelancers
5. Coordinating project logistics
6. Liaising with external suppliers
7. Managing contracting

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail, as well as an interest in AV. You must have some form of prior events experience, preferably from within a similar company; however, other backgrounds will still be considered, and you will have managed logistics for complex projects.
