What are we recruiting for?

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven eCommerce Trading Manager to drive the performance and growth of their online stores. In this pivotal role, you will own key metrics, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a high-performing team to optimise our eCommerce strategy.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Take full responsibility for net revenue, average order value, conversion rates, and overall performance across all websites.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Financial teams to leverage customer segmentation, marketing insights and business intelligence to optimise customer activity and buying patterns.
  • Ensure all websites are visually compelling and conversion-focused through engaging content, effective signposting and seamless product merchandising.
  • Manage analytical and CRO tools to uncover insights, build hypotheses, and execute tests that deliver measurable improvements to KPIs.
  • Partner with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors to deliver superior insights and innovative solutions that outperform competitors.
  • Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, best practices, and emerging tools, especially in CRO.
  • Influence and align internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.
  • Adopt a customer-first mindset to continuously enhance user experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Our client is based in Telford and they have adopted a hybrid working environment. You will be required to be in office 4 days a week.
