Strategic Architect of Talent: Shape the future of your organization by leading the talent strategy for its core business functions. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving talent acquisition, development, and engagement across diverse departments, ensuring a high-performing and thriving work environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead the development and execution of the talent agenda: Attract and retain top-tier talent, foster a culture of learning and development, and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide strategic workforce planning and talent analytics: Anticipate future talent needs, identify critical capability gaps, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Lead complex change management and organizational design projects: Partner with senior leaders to drive transformation and optimize organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach and advise senior managers on complex employee relations matters: Ensure compliance with company policy and legislation, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee data management and analytics for HR: Leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive key HR initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and Finance leadership to develop and manage the HR budget: Optimize resource allocation and drive cost-effective solutions.
