IT Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support, Help Desk Analyst

Large organisation in Birmingham is currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy team.

Working as an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will report to the Service Desk Manager and provide a professional 1st line support service to external business users. This will involve analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of user problems, as well as general administration duties. Much of the work will involve outbound calls and emails, as well as inbound calls.
