This is a full-time on-site role for a Craft Micro-brewery Tap Room General Manager located in the heart of Colchester City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to follow your passion for Craft Beer and lead our Tap Room operations.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the taproom, managing staff, organising the smooth delivery of events, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A passion for craft beer and proven experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of craft beer industry trends and products
• Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in event planning and customer service
• Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is beneficial
