This well-known and established organisation is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join their exciting team to help grow the business and improve their customer experience.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a small team of approximately 7 people within customer service. You will provide training and coaching to help improve their skillset, including soft skills. Additionally, you will manage the reporting of the team and use software such as Excel and Salesforce to analyze customer metrics, including customer onboarding, service follow-up, customer dissatisfaction, and more. You will play a pivotal role in improving customer experience through continuous review. This is a fully office-based role from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a managerial role within customer care will help you succeed. You are experienced in coaching and leading a team. You possess excellent communication skills along with great attention to detail and organization. You are IT literate and proficient in using Excel. You are analytical and have experience creating reports, particularly in Salesforce and Excel. You are personable, professional, and have a strong work ethic.
