White Horse Employment are delighted to be supporting global market leaders with a recruitment drive in their Customer Service Team.
They are looking to bring on a Customer Service Advisor either on a full time temporary contract until June 2025 to support them with a increase in customer orders.

Location: Trowbridge/Hybrid
Salary: £12ph

You will:

  • Call out to their customers to check on stock levels, maintaining relationships and sensitively dealing with any enquiries

  • Maintain accurate records of the calls

  • Raise any safeguarding concerns

You will receive full training and support from experienced team leaders and an enthusiastic team. It's a rewarding environment with plenty of opportunity to develop your customer service experience.
