Apprentice Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Duties

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand electrical layouts.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations and repairs.
• Support experienced electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs.
• Learn to work with low voltage systems under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience or coursework related to electrical work is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with basic electrical concepts, including understanding of schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely; experience with industrial electrician tasks is advantageous.
• Strong willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
• Must be able to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
