Financial Accountant – 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Do you want to work for a Global HR Services Outsourcing Company focusing on Talent Management and Compliance?

You will work across EMEA partnering with large enterprise organisations.

Currently, their environment is quite unstructured, and they are in the process of moving to a more structured environment.

Most of the work they do is timesheet driven from their systems, 3rd Party VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and Customer Systems.

The role is a fixed term contract for 6 months and may extend to 12 months.

Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland

The role:

• Take ownership of corporation and payroll tax for multiple entities
• Manage an offshore BPO team to ensure year-end audits are met
• Work with the Financial Controller for cashflow forecasting
• Manage external payroll partnerships, ensuring compliance and meeting SLAs

Your experience:

• Fully qualified accountant or nearly qualified
• Strong technical accounting background
• Highly autonomous and self-sufficient
• Experience working in Workforce management, Employer of Records (EoRs), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPOs) or Global Recruitment companies is highly desired
