Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reliability Engineer located in Milton Keynes. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our production and packaging systems operate reliably and efficiently. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. The role involves close collaboration with production teams to identify and rectify system inefficiencies and to improve the reliability of our machinery and processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with maintenance planning, preventative maintenance, and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
  • Experience in the food production industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
