Our client is a PE backed B2B Saas organisation with an international presence.
Job Description
The successful Head of Sales Operations will:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Drive productivity through better tools, automation, and processes.
- Collaborate with the sales department to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales training to team members, such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.
- Standardise GTM across the different business regions.
- Monitor marketing activities, ensuring relevance and quality of leads.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
- Manage resources efficiently to optimise growth and profitability.
- Ensure all business activities align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
The Successful Applicant
As successful Head of Sales Operations, you should have:
- A track record working for IT B2B SAAS organisations, preferably with an SME client focus.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance.
- Excellent understanding of sales business operations and processes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of different sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- The ability to travel internationally and to their Hertfordshire office.
- Ideally a 2nd language in either German or Spanish.
