Job description

A new opportunity has arisen for an Application Engineer with a strong Analog IC Design Engineer background to join a new and exciting AI company based in Oxford.


The Application Engineer will join a team developing cutting-edge deep learning technology accelerating the verification of Analog circuits and will take a key role in future product development and the company's long-term vision for its technology.


The Application Engineer will drive Analog verification initiatives, working closely with the R&D team to guide product development, engaging with strategic partners to identify solutions leveraging their AI technology and will apply their deep learning technology to address Analog verification challenges. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise and influencing skills to align product development activities around external customer needs.


Requirements include:
  • Masters or PhD qualification in Electronics Engineering or similar field
  • A minimum of 5 years Analog IC Design experience with strong experience in Cadence tools including Spectre and Virtuoso
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills are essential as communication with external customers is key to this role
  • Experience in Verilog-A / Modelling would be highly desired.
