Job description

Qualified Maths teacher KS3 | IGCSE | A Level

Fully qualified math teachers (KS3 | KS4) required for LEO International online school to join the growing team.

These are permanent home-based positions and we have full-time and part-time opportunities.

Applicants MUST have the following (or will automatically be rejected):

  1. A PGCE with QTS from a UK University
  2. A degree from a UK University
  3. Experience of teaching maths up to and including A level in a school
  4. Strong knowledge of all areas of the British national curriculum (Cambridge Exam Board)
  5. Comfortable with technology and online management systems
  6. Great interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills
  7. Desire to engage and inspire young learners
  8. Time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver structured lessons via online platform and be fluent with online delivery using a range of online tools and resources
  2. Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for students' needs
  3. Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations
  4. Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum

Availability:

Classes are held between 1pm and 6pm BST.

Salary: Negotiable (depends on experience)
