DV Cleared Infrastructure Engineer - Active Directory / VMware

Your new company

An opportunity has arisen with a high profile organisation based in the South West that requires professionals to hold either current DV clearance or clearance that has lapsed within the last 12 months. They are currently going through a period of digital change and are in need of two seasoned, confident, reliable and technically aware Infrastructure Engineers to join their team.

Your new role

There are 2 Infrastructure Engineer positions available alongside the client.

1. Active Directory Specialist - In this role you will maintain Windows Servers and act as the Active Directory Specialist within a highly secure environment.


2. VMware Specialist - In this role you will be maintaining Windows and VMware Servers within a highly secure environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in these contract positions, you must be familiar and comfortable working within highly secure environments. You MUST hold either currently active DV clearance OR have had your clearance lapse within the last 12 months and be happy for that to be reinstated via a fast-track route. You will leverage your prior experience and knowledge of either:

1. Architectural knowledge of Windows systems including Active Directory, Internet Protocols, software deployments utilising Group Policy and WSUS.


2. In depth knowledge of VMware, with a proven background/experience of installing and configuring Microsoft and VMware ESXi and associated infrastructure.
