Overall responsibility for GTM strategy, solution management and commercialisation of the ‘Credit and Consumer Solutions’ portfolio for the UK & Ireland markets, including Credit and Core solutions (credit proposition, instalments, debit and prepaid), Everyday Payment solutions (Visa Issuer APIs and Partner-based solutions for consumer proposition), Premium and HNW solutions, and deployment across clients (issuers, fintechs, agents and processors).
Lead a team of Product managers that will act as both the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Specialised Sales across Visa’s Credit and Consumer Solutions, ensuring client-facing teams have the knowledge, collateral and support they need to rapidly grow product penetration and revenue.
Responsible for the mid and long term commercialisation (P&L, revenues direct and indirect) for all Credit and Consumer solutions in UK & I, including existing solutions and those in early ideation and concept stages. Work closely with the Value-Added-Services (VAS) organisation to propose end-to-end solutions to clients (e.g., Banking and Lending capabilities from the Tink solution suite, merchant info, Pre-dispute, etc.).
Grow current consumer credit portfolios across European clients, energise dormant/stagnant portfolios, support premium portfolio growth, and enhance portfolios in an ethical manner to ensure affordability and regulatory compliance.
Deepen prepaid and debit portfolios across clients, ensuring feature and pricing competitiveness including deployment of debit card based instalments.
Scale the Premium, Loyalty and Cross-border opportunities across the cluster and connect the dots between client needs and available capabilities across Consumer solutions and the wider Product team.
Drive solutions adoption in European markets and look at commercial opportunities to scale/distribute that allows for broadening credit and instalments products across new markets (e.g., Ireland), and expanding in existing markets (e.g., UK).
Drive critical client engagements at both senior and working-team levels across the sales and commercialisation cycle of the various solutions, actively manage pipeline of sales opportunities across client types against annual P&L targets, and work closely with the sales organisation (VAS, AEs) to drive deals and projects to closure.
Contribute to Visa 2030 strategy through specific client-led sprints to actively provide feedback and requirements into the Regional/Global product roadmaps to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and market ready, continuing to innovate to reflect customer and consumer needs. Focus on Premium/HNW and new Credit capabilities/solutions across the lending value chain.
Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives, adapting overall programme tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunities.
As requirements of this role and key priorities and initiatives evolve, adapt to the growing needs of the team and broader Products organisation.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
