Customer Booking Agent (Inbound)

Salary: £20,820.80 + uncapped commission

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between 3pm - 9pm including paid break

Holidays: 29 days plus bank holidays increases to 31 days plus bank holidays after 1 years service

Verisure are looking for Customer Booking Agents to join our Inbound Contact Centre team in Quorum Business Park, Newcastle. You will be working in a call centre environment and be part of a large, diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responding to inbound calls and booking free consultation appointments with potential new customers
2. Creating prospects and recording data in the system
3. Responding to pre-sale customer queries as well as supporting internally about the products/services we offer
4. Liaising internally with various departments to finalize the booking process as well as contracts

Essential Skills

1. Customer service experience from any background
2. Organisational skills
3. A polite, friendly, and informative telephone manner
4. Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality
5. Accurate data capture and typing skills
6. Excellent communication skills with problem solving aptitude
7. Competent IT and Microsoft Office skills
