Our client is one of the UK’s largest, privately owned national homebuilders with a focus on building new homes in attractive regional markets.

We are looking for a Site Manager to join their Production team, reporting to the Project Manager on a high-volume project.

In this role, you will oversee complex developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards. You will manage site activities, subcontractors, materials, and health & safety compliance while maintaining excellent site presentation.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in site management within house building, a proven track record (ideally with NHBC awards), strong leadership skills, and a CSCS Site Manager card. A relevant construction qualification or CIOB membership is desirable.
