Are you ready to take on an exciting role as a Bridging Underwriter? Our client, a specialist lender, is looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing and underwriting complex property finance cases.
  2. Collaborating with BDMs and the admin team to maintain relationships with introducers.
  3. Conducting due diligence on borrowers and properties.
  4. Ensuring data accuracy in loan processing systems.
  5. Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and external introducers.
  6. Staying updated with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  7. Providing training and suggesting process improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal Bridging Underwriter will have:

  1. Experience as an Underwriter in Bridging Finance.
  2. Knowledge of Regulated Bridging Finance is preferred.
  3. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  6. High attention to detail and good negotiating skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
