My Client is looking for a Test Engineer to join their growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Testing & Analysis: Conduct experiments on prototype and production devices, following strict methodologies.
• Prototype & Equipment Support: Assist in building and installing mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical test setups.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose issues, implement solutions, and improve testing procedures.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Analyze test results, create reports, and present findings to engineers.
• Process Improvement & Safety: Identify design and manufacturing enhancements while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Required skills:

• 7+ years Testing experience
• Laboratory Expertise: Proven experience in laboratory work and developing effective testing methodologies.
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to interpret and analyze laboratory testing data.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and database management systems.
• Organizational Abilities: Skilled in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient lab environment.
• Safety Compliance: Experienced in implementing and following safe working practices.
• Educational Background: BSc in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with sensors/loggers

Please note, this is NOT a software test position!

The salary for this position will be circa £40-45k, depending on experience.
