The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading volunteer teams through training sessions and possessing excellent administrative abilities.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £23,088 - £28,200 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Plymouth however this is a remote role within the South West - You can be based anywhere within the South West but must be willing to travel as and when required.
Hours: Part time 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruit a diverse range of volunteer mentors
2. Provide supervision and case management oversight to the team
3. Maintain up-to-date information on participants
4. Develop strong partnership relationships with all stakeholders

Skills and Experience

1. Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or Education and Training qualification - desirable
2. Staff management and effective teamwork
3. Experience of training/coaching in groups or on a 1:1 basis
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
