Responsibilities

1. Assisting with classroom management and helping create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
2. Working alongside teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored educational support.
3. Helping students with emotional, social, and behavioral challenges, using your understanding of psychology or criminology to develop positive strategies.
4. Encouraging student independence while offering guidance and support when needed.
