The Orbis Product Recruitment team has been mandated to find a VP Product for a growing payments scale-up supporting SMEs across Europe.

About the Company

Our client is an innovative payments provider with a 500-strong team, recently acquired for $500M by a global private equity firm. With ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a VP Product to take ownership of a critical payments area and drive strategic initiatives.

The Role

As VP Product, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and play a key role in shaping product strategy and execution. You’ll be part of the wider product leadership team, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Product, Design, and Engineering. This role includes multiple direct reports and significant influence over product direction and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have: Strong experience in acquiring and partnerships with payment vendors, schemes, and processors

Proven product leadership and line management experience

Track record of scaling and optimising payment products in high-growth environments

Location & Setup

London-based candidates preferred, though there is an option to be based in one of their European offices (hybrid model – weekly office presence + monthly European travel)
